On the morning of July 16th, the "Shaoxing Ancient City Innovation Competition", which was initiated by the Shaoxing Government in cooperation with the World Planning Education Organization (WPEO) and the World Heritage Training and Research Institute for the Asia-Pacific Region of the UNESCO, drew to a close. Shanghai Suhe MixC World, designed by Kokaistudios, was selected as an honoree in the category of "Community Innovation".
"Shaoxing Ancient City Innovation Competition" sets up six categories, widely solicited the world's outstanding design. The competition aims to encourage the world's innovative cities, enterprises, colleges, and youth to participate in the practice of heritage protection and rejuvenation, breathing new life into the acient cities with creativity.
