Kokaistudios worked with OCT Land Shanghai on the interior design of the main residents clubhouse for Shanghai’s SUHE Creek development after having successfully worked together on 2 previous architectural designs within the master project. Developed with a style intended to dialogue with the surrounding architecture and designed to take advantage of the natural light given by the extensive sunken courtyard; Kokaistudios developed a timeless and elegant project.

The project is divided into different functional areas and is divided into more public and more private areas; a more high energy environment surrounds the gym and Café area while the yoga room area looks out over the tranquil courtyard. The heart of the project is an Olympic size swimming pool.
